River View Mansion

This project was commissioned In April 2016 by Sichuan Xinhe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. commissioned the project design, and was completed by June 2016. Subsequent collaboration continued until August 2017.

The design process involved a thorough exploration of the existing land conditions, aiming to fully utilize the surrounding landscape resources. Considering the advantageous geographical position near Qingyi River, the residential quality was thoughtfully divided based on the lot's proximity to the river, ensuring an optimal layout and maximizing the value of the properties.

The villa facades embrace an English style with prominent sloped roofs, integrating harmoniously with the natural environment. Meanwhile, the house facades adopt a minimalist modern style, exuding a fresh, simple, and sophisticated atmosphere. The exquisite English villas and the minimalist houses complement each other, striking a balance between classical and contemporary aesthetics, thereby creating a distinctive and visually appealing real estate image.
