Chengdu Longtan Residential Project, Greenland Group

The traffic conditions around the Longtan Temple green space project are complex, and there are various surrounding interferences to consider. The project's plan aims to mitigate the negative impacts of the surrounding area, ensuring optimal daylight, views, and orientation.

Regarding design of an individual unit, the unique "L" shaped one-piece houses is original and unique to the project, providing each family with a private courtyard and reflecting the elegance of Oriental aesthetics. Additionally, the modular design allows for infinite possibilities in terms of expansion and configuration, offering advantages in terms of space-saving and flexibility.
